The classes are online as well as offline — we operate in hybrid mode. The teacher and students both keep their video and audio on at all times, so it is the best version of online and offline classes.
The classes are live and follow a decided schedule as per the convenience of the student. These are not recorded classes — they are fully live tutoring sessions with the teacher, just like a normal home tuition.
At IMCS, experienced expert faculties use a traditional and experiential approach to teach students. Video and audio of students in online classes are always on, so there is no scope of missing out on learning. With small batches, individual attention is taken care of and students do not feel shy asking doubts. Teachers also give and check homework in each class before teaching new concepts.
All teachers are experts with more than 10 years of experience in their respective fields, mostly from IIT, NIT, etc. We also ensure teachers are empathetic enough to connect with each student individually and maintain a professional yet effective rapport — they become virtual parents of students with respect to academics.
Yes, we provide study material relevant to the CBSE and ICSE curriculum as well as foundation courses. It includes questions based on NCERT textbooks, previous year exams, NTSE, competitive exams, NCERT exemplar, and other reference books — plus chapter tests at the end of each chapter for self assessment.
We have a clear mechanism to keep track and record of progress and chapters. A chief mentor is appointed for students who tracks progress or any issues faced and tries to resolve them as fast as possible.
We follow a multi-tiered process to ensure high quality and consistent teaching standards. It starts with selecting qualified, experienced, and empathetic teachers, followed by extensive training. We understand each student’s learning style in detail and pair them with the most effective teachers. Yes, we in fact insist that we arrange a Zoom call for the parent and student with the teacher so they can discuss their queries and concerns before starting the classes.
